Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping — Canada
We offer standard and expedited shipping across Canada. Delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days for standard shipping.

Orders under $75 CAD: $9.99 flat-rate shipping
Orders $75 CAD and over: FREE standard shipping

International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. Estimated delivery times vary by region:

United States: 7–14 business days
United Kingdom & Europe: 10–18 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
India: 14–21 business days
All other destinations: 10–21 business days

All prices are shown in your local currency at checkout. Free shipping thresholds apply in CAD and are market-specific — international orders qualify for free shipping at $100 CAD equivalent. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Orders
