Excited for your GlowShop Canada order to arrive? Here’s everything you need to know about tracking your shipment.

Step 1 — Check Your Email

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. Make sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it within 3 business days of placing your order.

Step 2 — Use Your Tracking Number

Click the tracking link in your email, or copy your tracking number and enter it directly on the carrier’s website. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after your order ships.

Step 3 — Still Can’t Find It?

If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation after 3 business days, or your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, please reach out to us at [your email] and we’ll look into it right away.
